Hello Coaches and Managers,

Welcome to NGHA Photo Days 2025! My name is Shane Francescut, and I have the pleasure of photographing your amazing organization this season. Get ready for a fresh new look and an elevated photo day experience!

My background includes photographing several youth sports organizations and serving as a team photographer for the Ottawa Charge. I see a lot of Wildcats jerseys on Charge game days so be sure to say hi if you see me there.

 

Photo Day Details

Our Team photos will take place at Minto Rec Complex in the Blackleaf room on 27 Nov @ 1945hrs.

Make-up Dates

If a player absolutely cannot make their team time, then please have them add their info to a make up slot here - NGHA Individual Make-Up Sessions Nov. 12, 13 & 27. Space is very limited and should only be used for unavoidable circumstances.

What to Expect
My process is relaxed yet efficient—you’ll be in and out quickly.

• Please arrive a few minutes before your team’s session time.
• Upon arrival, please collect your team’s envelope containing player ID cards. Distribute these to your players and have them hand the cards to me as they are photographed.
• Players will be guided through multiple individual poses. Team photos are composited digitally afterward, so no physical team photo will be taken.
• Once a player has been photographed, they are free to leave.
• Coaches are encouraged to have their photos taken so they can be included in the team photo.

I highly recommend arriving with your players fully dressed. If that’s not possible, please ensure they have enough time to get dressed before your scheduled slot. Note that space is very limited in the room.

Wardrobe Options
Please wear your dark/home uniforms.

Please do not wear neck guards or skates. Players’ feet will be hidden in the final images.

Photo Viewing and Purchases

There is no prepay option. Families will receive individual online galleries featuring all of their player’s poses. They can view and purchase prints or digital files online during a 10-day order window.

Photo prints will be delivered to NGHA for team distribution a few weeks after your photo day.
