Ashley Holmes and Apex Hockey are offering exclusive development sessions for NGHA players of all ages and skill levels over the course of the 2025-26 season. See information and registration details below!
ASHLEY HOLMES
Ashley Holmes is a certified Power Skating Coach and one of the top skating experts in the Ottawa region. Sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

APEX Hockey
APEX Hockey specializes in delivering top-tier training, pushing players to their peak performance with expert coaching, advanced technology, and evidence-based techniques. Sessions will take place on Wednesdays.

D Specific Skills Sessions- For Defensemen only. Session will focus on bwk skating, pivots, puck retrievals, escape moves and breakout passes
FWD Small Area Battles Sessions - For Forwards only. Sessions will focus on wall retrievals and battles in D Zone, wall escape moves in O Zone and scoring chances down low
1. If there is a waitlist and you have already attended more than 2 sessions, the NGHA reserves the right to bump you to provide access to players who have not yet had an opportunity to attend.
2. If you register for, but then are unable to attend a session, there are no refunds.
